Salam semua & welcome to the 1st posting of the MTA Dinner & Awards Nite 2009 official Web-Blog. We at DT-PRO Production / Greenwood NINE have created a dedicated Web-Blog specially for the Malaysian Takaful Association's Dinner & Awards Nite 2009 so that you can "warm-up" here socially first before the event proper.
Here, you will find the proverbial answers to the What, When, Where, Who & Why. All are invited to participate and the ones with the most/or best comments will get a giant hamper on the night of the event (decision will come from a panel of "secret" judges).
The postings will also come in a series of bi-weekly publication, & you are most welcomed to be part of this wonderful community.
Ok, here goes the 1st & 2nd question: The What & When...
The MTA will be having a Dinner & Awards night to reward & recognise all the players in the Takaful industry as well as create a sense of silaturahim.
There will be good food (the menu will be released soon enough), wonderful entertainment (we are working on booking "Papa Rock" for you, anyone knows who this singer is?) and lots of prizes to be given away, including Laptops, Mobile Phones, Mini DVD players with built-in LCD screens etc.
Insyaalah, the Dinner is to take place on Thursday, the 5th of November 2009 & starting at approximately 8pm. This would give participants from the event earlier in the day to freshen up.

Being a new consultant in this industry I hope MTA will continue to project a body that will govern and supervise the admin of takaful products so that the people will have more confidence. I am very glad to have the opportunity to be involved in promoting this product. Thanks to MTA and the Govt. Bravo!!!
ReplyDeleteHi i m back again. Well good to know everything is all set to take off. Tonite is the last nite to make good if there is any more hitch in the program. But looking at things i m pretty sure the organising commitee has done a great job. See you there!!

ReplyDeleteregarding this special MTA Award Nite for tomorrow. Guess what? Nobody has taken heed to this grand nite. They did not know the colour theme because they did not know abt this blog too! Should give myself a pat because i have in a small way contributed to this event by getting these people to participate by dressing the right colour, hehe!

ReplyDeleteI m surprised why nobody wanna comment anything whereby earlier already inform them to state some comments in excahnge for some attractive gifts. Haha! that leaves me the undisputed winner if i daresay?? Anyway the judges decision is final. Maybe i m writing nonsense they may think and that is exactly what my anak tells me. Well anyway i m writing for the fun of it and of course for the 'big' gift as mentioned.

ReplyDeleteSome comments regarding tonite's event. firstly the MC sounded a bit boring. He could have done better. He did not create the kind of exciting atmosphere for this grand event. Although there were not many receipients for the prestigious award, the crowd was not cheering loud enough. The MC too did not create the excitement.
